Brasserie and restaurant ‘t Vosken started out as a hotel in the very heart of Ghent in 1908. Only as recently as 1988 ‘t Vosken evolved into the booming restaurant business it is today.
Alain Schwartz and Christine Geirnaert became the restaurant’s proprietors and ever since that day the restaurant has continued to evolve, completely changing its interior every three years in order to keep up with the latest trends. That zeal has managed to firmly root ‘t Vosken in Ghent’s scenery.
Brasserie ‘t Vosken is particularly known for its Ghent beef stew with Belgian fries, besides many other traditional local dishes.
Other top meals such as Gent Waterzooi and traditionally prepared rabbit will definitely keep you coming back for more.
